If nothing else have been agreed:
Arrival Saturdays at earliest 3:00 pm. Departure day no later than 11:00 am
Additionally to all prices: electricity and heating: 1.90 SEK per kWh
Weekly hire for max 6 persons
6/3 - 24/4 2010: 4.200 SEK per week
24/4 - 19/6 2010: er prisen 5.800 SEK
per week
19/6 - 28/8 2010: er prisen 7.600 SEK per week
28/8 - 9/10 2010: er prisen 5.800 SEK per week
9/10 2010 - 3/1 2011: er prisen 4.500 SEK per week
3-day hire (not possible between 19/6 - 28/8 2009)
For 3 days: 2,800 SEK (additional day: + 700 SEK)
Spring - fall - winter season: 25% discount for 1 week hire for max 3 persons.
Only whole weeks (excluding 20/6 - 29/8 2009) This offer only give access to
the grounf floor with kitchen toilet/dusch, living room with TV and dining
room
Extra:
If the house has not been cleaned satisfactory at departure a minimum of 900
SEK will be charged. You can book House cleaning (kitchen counter must be
cleared) for 700 SEK. This service must be booked at least 10 days before
arrival.
Sheet and towels can be hired for: 100 SEK/set (to be booked in advance)
Boatmotor: 900 SEK/week 4-10 hp
Extra boat: 500 SEK/vecka

10 liter petrol for the boat motor: 170 SEK

(only swedish, english or danish). No later than 6 days after booking 30 %
of the hire must be prepaid via
EU-payment: IBAN: SE5080000000074662827094. Swift: SWEDSESS.
The remaining hire must be paid on arrival.
The payment will be confirmed by us via e-mail or by letter.
You will also receive a roadmap. A cancelation no later than 10 weeks
before arrival will result in a refund of your payment minus an
administration fee of 700 SEK.
Cancelation insurance
We can sell you an cancelation insurance that is valid in case of sickness
or accident. The price is 6 % of the total hire, however at least 600 SEK
must be paid at the time of the booking. You will need give us a medical
certificate for a refund of the hire.
